Job Description

Our company is seeking a reliable, organized, task-oriented, Personal assistant who is interested in working from home approximately 10-15 hours per week. The ideal candidate will work directly with the owner of the company and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties.

Personal Assistant responsibilities:

  • Coordinate communications among staff and clients
  • Schedule meetings and appointments with staff and clients
  • Maintain an organized filing system of electronic documents
  • Email Management
  • Ability to handle some light bookkeeping duties (Preferred)
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality

 

Personal Assistant qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook. Knowledge and understanding of Excel a plus.
  • Desire to learn and explore new technologies in a paperless environment
  • Highly organized with extensive multi-tasking abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Available during daytime business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm EST)
  • A team player
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Willing to have a background check (Required)
